Have you ever wondered how an idea becomes reality? How a logo is created and why a particular color becomes a visual anchor? We take you with us through the mental development process of our foundation design.

The Friedrich Hospitaliy Foundation is named after our founder Michael Friedrich and our mission. The heart of our foundation is hospitality. Through hospitality we define the future by providing a perspective for young people through solid education in the hospitality industry.
Our logo is intended to reflect the straightforward nature of our work and the clear structure of the foundation. That is why we decided to use our abbreviation “FHF” in the figurative mark of the logo. The two “F”s form the pillars of the logo, while the horizontal line of the “H” represents a connecting element. This has created a modern, visual interpretation of hospitality for us. Hospitality connects people and can be a support for them. The reduced design also serves as a symbol of our claim to always focus on the essentials – our mission.

We chose Orange as our foundation color because it combines the joy and vitality of life with security, cosiness and warmth – qualities that describe hospitality aptly.

In addition to the symbolic character, we also paid great attention to the informative value while building our website. The orientation on the website should be as self-explanatory as possible. As many questions as possible should be answered by visiting our website. If you want to know more, you can always contact our support. We also collect frequently asked questions in our FAQs that we keep updating.

At the same time, we also want to give our website visitors the opportunity to get to know us better and to be as close to the action as possible. We introduce our team and the values ​​that are important to us. With posts on the website and on social media, we regularly provide insights into our work. Under News, on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, we show you how everyday life at the Foundation looks like, who we meet and what we do. Noone who is interested should miss anything, that is why we set up a newsletter service.
