Wie und Was wir unterstützen wollen

The local vocational school in Mozambique teaches young Mozambicans to become craftsmen, bricklayers, electricians and bartenders. The training professions are now to be expanded to include cooks and kitchen assistants, as there is a demand for skilled workers. But so far a training kitchen with appropriate equipment and teachers is missing.

Our foundation has set itself the task of building and equipping a complete kitchen for the vocational school. In addition, we plan to send trained specialists from Germany to Mozambique after completion of the building. They will train the teachers there for the new lessons and help out with the elaboration of the lesson contents.
