We are pleased to introduce Stephan Kienle as a new shareholder of the Friedrich Hospitality Foundation. The father of two stands behind the goals of the FHF, because he is convinced that education helps people to develop.
Formative Impressions in South Africa
On a vacation trip to South Africa, Stephan Kienle got a first impression of the country and the local people. Above all, he was deeply impressed by the different living conditions and the resulting huge financial and social differences. This made him realize how many opportunities we have in Germany, such as free access to education.
These impressions and his inner desire to give more people these education opportunities and to be socially involved have led Mr. Kienle to join the Friedrich Hospitality Foundation as a shareholder.
Family Attachment to Hospitality
Stephan Kienle has known the hospitality industry since early childhood: His father worked as a chef all his life and several relatives are also active in the hospitality industry. Having experienced first-hand the challenges but also the opportunities that these jobs bring, he has a great appreciation for the profession.
The project in Vilankulo, where young people are trained as cooks and kitchen assistants, is particularly close to his heart.
